Our History

We are a privately owned and operated long day care early childhood education centre. What started as a dream for Leanne in a shared room in a sports complex has become a thriving purpose-built centre filled with love and laughter. Our humble beginnings taught us the importance of people and relationships and this culture continues today.  

The centre has become a labour of love for Leanne and her team. It is more than a business; it is a way of life. Each day, when we welcome 39 children and their families into the centre, there is a sense of excitement about what the day will bring. At the end of each day children leave happy and healthy and our educators depart with a sense of inherent satisfaction; the children have learnt today.
Our Location   
Nestled at the end of a peaceful suburban street, our centre is perfectly positioned to provide children with a world of their own making. Backing onto a wooded nature reserve, the sounds of nature can be heard along with the children’s voices, far away from traffic and the hustle and bustle of the urban environment.

Our Team

The majority of our educators have been with us for between 10 and 25 years; we are dedicated to what we have created and the children and families that we work with. We have found the recipe for strong consistent teamwork, and the friendly relaxed environment is a testament to our efforts.

Our educators have continually updated their knowledge in terms of the changing theoretical perspectives on how children learn. We have two qualified early childhood teachers, five Diploma-qualified educators and two who are currently upgrading their qualifications to the Diploma level.  

We pride ourselves on our low staff turnover, the diversity that exists within our group of educators and the different perspectives they bring to their work with our children and families.
